m1 how is data kept safe

If you want to keep data safe your better off to have passwords in your devices you wanna keep self such as computers and mobile phones if you have passwords on this would mean that if you lost your phone say if someone finds it they would have to put a password in and they wont know the password if you do not say anything to anyone about your password this will keep your data safe.

encryption is a code that people can put see what it is these people are called eavesdroppers and hackers that can view your work so you can keep it safe.

A customer wants to know if they can send a contact from one device to another. with a partner demonstrate how to wirelessly send me one contact from your device to you partners. you need to fill in the witness statement describing how done it and the protocol you used. copy this witness statement or print screen to blogger.

You can send a contact from one device to another by opening your contact book by going on to the contact  and there you click share contact and then the contact will automatically go on to the text then at the top of the bar you can send people the contact by picking who you want to send it to.

unit 14 p6

social uses its not always good to text over the phone because sometimes you might get the wrong idea of what the person is texting you because of the slang people text. Also you could really hurt your eyes from looking at a phone for hours texting.

criminals issues with mobile phones if your mobile phone got stolen the person who stole it could download illegal apps and text other people and make them think it you this is why you should have a lock on your phone so people cant get on it.

unit 14 p6

A good thing about moving into an I.T based workplace is that instead of writing letters you can send emails. But some of the older workers might not understand how to use some of the devices available. The letters that used to clog your office would now clog your monitor. Also staring at a screen might effect your eyesight which would not be good but you could get a paper cut which is an uncomfortably painful injury. One of the best points would be that some people have terribly bad handwriting therefore typing would be a good way to keep writing tidy and neat.

    Smart phone for delivery man

This is the Samsung galaxy note 2 this phone would be very good for a delivery man because you could get apps like a sat-nav. This will help you find the way were you have got to go or you could just ring your office to see where it is. After you have gave the person the parcel they can sign it on the phone instead of using a brick. This would mean the company would save a lot of money because the phone would help to see were they have got to go this would save a lot of petrol because they would not get lost.
